To strengthen our team, we are looking for (m/f): Administration and Operations Support Area: Gebze, Istanbul WHAT WILL YOU BUILD YOUR SUCCESS ON:
Supporting orders and shipments, invoices, payments and reimbursements
Performing administrative functions and collaborating with external consultants and HQ
Developing and maintaining efficient administrative systems and processes
Liaise with courier companies, custom brokers, clients and other suppliers
Perform logistics operations, manage and optimize stock allocation according to company guidelines
THE FUNDAMENT OF YOUR CAREER:
Good knowledge of ERP and information systems
Knowledge in logistics and warehousing processes
Excellent verbal and written English abilities
Experience in a similar role
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work autonomously
