What you’ll do

Role Purpose: Has a good understanding of concepts and procedures within own discipline and ensures a high quality of services/tasks are delivered.
Works within standardised practices and doing the allocated works within the applicable deadlines.

• Build and develop relations with the related business teams to get the right data on time and to prepare the requested tax declarations at the deadline
• Follow the changes in tax legislation and related tax return’s updates and ensure compliance
• Understand how relevant international and national accounting standards apply to tax accounting
• Ensure the accuracy of tax accounting transactions
• Deliver reports to meet statutory and business requirements
• Evaluate and improve processes to deliver accurate and timely tax returns
• Preparing the tax returns
• Analyzing major contracts for tax responsibility (Stamp Tax etc.) and calculating the stamp taxes accurately
• Communicate details of and issues related to tax filings/reports/forecasts to senior tax colleageus
• Check actual vs. budget variances and report the reasons behind any variances on a monthly basis
• Analyze and communicate tax implications of business plans
• Support tax team colleagues about all tax related issues
• Upload e-book files into system regularly and monitor whole process closely from beginning to the end

• Bachelor Degree in engineering or business, master degree is a plus
• Demonstrated experience and expertise communicating with stakeholders in management level
• Tax knowledge is critical
• Excellent problem-solving and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Good Presentation Skills
• 1+ years experience in similar position
