Job Description Sales representative supporting internal and external customer and CSE team management
Duties & Responsibilities Responsibilities:
Leading CSE team and coordinate related issues to support businesses growth.
Acting a key role to communicate with internal and external stakeholder.
Prepare sales and service quotations for related products and services.
Enter sales and service orders into SAP business systems.
Monitor sales and service orders and expedite parts.
Prepare weekly sales report & run BW reports.
Assist in making GPN / BOM creation requests, raise GCN, I-project.
Prepare shipping documentation and liaise with internal departments related to shipping;
Maintain excellent service and build good rapport with customers (both internal and external
stakeholders)
Provide support to the product marketing & training functions.
Perform other related customer service functions as assigned from time to time.
Familiar with ERP system SAP
C4C system usage
Support manager’s request of related business data report.
The Individual Skills & Experience:
5-7 Years in customer support field
Min. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or other discipline
M/S software in preparing report
ERP SAP usage.
Self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently or in a team where required
Communication skill
People management
