Assist line manager to translate Cluster strategies & plans and knowledge of products, shoppers into channel and customers ’strategies to maximize business growth, ROI and market share.
Collaborate closely with Cluster team (CBU and CMKT) and Sales team in developing winning customers’ plans covering scope of national campaigns and channel/account activations
Budget controller for customized Consumer Promotion and Display & Equipment (CP and DE) budget:
Coordinate with Cluster team (CBU & CMKT) to develop and implements consumer promotion strategy (in line with BMC and SCM) across customers / channels
Responsible to raise Promotion Recommendation for CP supported activations.
Responsible to control, tracking, record and report to accounting by period
Responsible to do Shopping Cart process for CP activations related.
Coordinate with Cluster team (CBU & CMKT) to develop
Support the team where appropriate to deliver excellent execution of the customer marketing plan through timely and accurate provision of key tools and information.
Monitor and track the end-to-end process for customer marketing activities ensuring smooth roll out within customers and compile data & insights to share back with the team in service of continuous improvement.
Coordinate Customer-Marketing, Commercial, Venders and Display Development activities simultaneously, working with key internal and external stakeholder to ensure distribution of toolkits/POS to Sales and/or customer.
Coordinate Customer-Marketing, Commercial and Venders, working with key internal and external stakeholder to ensure production and distribution of Premium to sales and/or customer.
Provide administrative support to the team and manage the e-buy process, PO/Invoicing process delivering strong attention to detail as well as budgetary compliance.
Support the team in creating timely, effective sell-in materials to support the sell in of the Activity Plan
Product knowledge and Merchandizing guideline training and activations briefing to merchandiser parties are Smollan and outsource activation agency ex. PG, Demo representative, Roadshow team and Sampling team etc.
Co-ordinate with CBU to have mock-ups (ownership of end to end process) & pack shots and arrange samples when required for activity support. Ensure timely and accurate delivery and give clear communication of delivery times to Customer Marketing.
Maintain up-to-date pack images on the internal image library and external database (if applicable) according to the defined process. Ensure that the process is understood and communicated to all users on an ongoing basis.
On going to have period WIP update to line manager
Market & Share meeting organizer and participation by period.
Participate in routine cluster meeting ex. ATG, Cluster CMKT update, Cluster Display update and ad-hoc meeting in related matters.
Acts as strong team player within the sales organization, motivates and encourages others, share ideas and best practices actively within the team.
Other duty as per assigned from line manager
Sales Admin Coordinator Responsibility
Prepare Daily sales reports by using distributors files (3 distributors), send compiled reports to Demand Planners, S&F, Line Manager, GM, SRM.
Provide Periodic actual sales report to upload estimated Sell outs to TPM for S&F to close
Rework/check bill payment expenditures from distributor for every payment. Each bill amount input to excel before upload to TPM and Data base running in TPM system tracking
Make a list of settings for accrual of TE files such as Upload TPM plan, Close / check off with actual and Work with S&F
Provide GRD code & pricing structure to distributors – DKSH, Sino and HHL for their distributors system update are detailed SKUs for price increase and price - for product launch
Response as consumer and customer complaint center included collect complaints, contact to consumer, collaborate with internal parties to have validation result, feedback to consumer and product compensation management etc.
General Office admin support as per assignment– clear expired products, storage, POSM, samples, premiums etc.
Job Specifications/Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration or related fields
2-3 years’ experience in sale analytic, stock management, marketing, product management preferably in retail business
Self-motivated, result oriented, dynamic, initiative with good analytical skill
Positive attitude, energetic and able to work under pressure
Excellent service mind, multi-tasking, attention to detail
Good Excel and strong analytical skill
Good communication, negotiation, presentation
Good command of written and spoken English
