Job Description
' 1. To handle the end-to-end process of renewing, changing requests, and upside orders on customers' existing service contracts, which focus on Strategic Enterprise, International Carrier, and Global OTT Provider. Ensure maintaining and increasing sales revenue.
2. Handles day-to-day customer management operations and provides timely responses to customer requests.
3. Required to liaison between customer and collection team to ensure the timely payment term.
4. Prepare the Monthly Service Inventory Report according to service contract.
