Administrative Officer

Job Description
  • Manage office supplies and inventory, oversee equipment maintenance, and ensure a clean, and organized work environment.
  • Control and distribute flight materials (e.g., bag tags, boarding passes, wheelchair tags, immigration cards) and maintain accurate records of usage and distribution.
  • Prepare and process documents such as minute meetings, PRs on Oracle, GRNs, and ground operation invoices —and issue letters to AOT, Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine.
  • Liaise with airport authorities on flight information, and coordinate with ground operations and internal stakeholders.
  • Assist with airport pass applications, manage uniforms and PPE, prepare co-mails and item handover documents, and support staff records and onboard alcohol license applications.
  • Others and ad-hoc works as assigned by the department

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred
  • Good communication in English both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Strong organizational and time management, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and team.
