Job Description An Administrative Officer is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of an office or department. They handle a variety of tasks, from clerical duties to coordinating office activities.
Office management: Overseeing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
Human resources:Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
Financial administration: Handling payroll, invoicing, and expense reports.
Communication: Coordinating internal and external communications.
Event planning:Organizing meetings, conferences, and other events.
Data management:Maintaining accurate records and databases.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
1-2 years experience as an administrative officer would be an advantage
Good command of English communication both written and spoken.
Ability to maintain confidentiality for sensitive departmental issues.
Knowledge of relevant computer software (Word, Excel, etc).
Good interpersonal skills with a great team player mindset and service-minded
