The Role:
Entegris is a leading provider of liquid filtration solutions, specializing in the semiconductor market. Our WEC Sub Business Unint offers a wide range of advanced products designed to meet the unique needs of customers in the semiconductor industry. As we continue to pioneer innovative solutions in the semiconductor sector, we are actively seeking a talented Product Manager located in Taiwan, with expertise in the semiconductor chemical supply or end-user market, to drive the development of cutting-edge commercial liquid filtration technologies.
In this role you will:
As a Product Manager for WEC filters within the WEC SBU, you will be a key contributor to our mission of supporting customers who are at the forefront of semiconductor applications worldwide. The semiconductor industry is evolving rapidly, and in this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple diverse and complex projects with frequently changing scopes and customer timelines.
Key Responsibilities:

Drive the strategy and implementation of operations-side product management for the WEC SBU.

Develop and implement strategies for product changes and improvements across WEC segments to enhance revenue and profitability.

Oversee pricing, quality, and on-time delivery for existing WEC filter products. Optimize the Product Line for portfolio profitability.

Analyze qualitative and quantitative data, including competition, to inform strategic product decisions.

Know customer needs through customer engagement, effective communication with sales and field applications team, research and market data and appraises new ideas for market viability.

Implement marketing activities and engage with customers to understand their needs, incorporating feedback into product development.

Serves as key liaison with engineering, operations, procurement, manufacturing, supply chain, sales, for existing and new product(s)

Create and communicate a clear product roadmap to internal teams, driving new product development aligned with strategic goals.

Manage multiple projects concurrently, adapting to changing market conditions and customer demands quickly and effectively.

Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Material Science or related field. MS, MBA or marketing experience preferred; or an equivalent combination of training and experience
Additional traits that would beneficial, but not necessary for this position include:

2+ years of product management or business experience

Semiconductor FAB or chemical supplier experience
