Customer Quality Engineer
Job Description:
Entegris is seeking a Customer Quality Engineer to implement quality assurance program to ensure quality production of products consistent with established standards. This position is located at the Entegris Taiwan.
The Customer Quality Engineering (CQE) role is dynamic and cross-functional. CQE’s interact at multiple levels and with multiple contact points within the Customer, Entegris and Supplier organizations. This role is high impact, high output and high visibility that requires a calm-assertive demeanor and capability to manage multiple ever-changing priorities. Within this role, the PACE value competencies are regularly required for success: Engage as guided with customers, CTE, sales and factory/product/supply chain/quality teams.
Primary Responsibilities:

Participate in varying levels of engagement with customers and company teams on Problem Solving, Change Management, Customer’s Document reviewing, VOC for NPI process managing and Internal Audits, Project Development, Product Support and Development Programs as well as many other cross-functional tasks and projects that are aligned with Entegris and Customer goals.

Traits we believe make a strong candidate:

Experience in an engineering role in the areas of quality, process, equipment or materials within the semiconductor industry. Areas of interest include PVD/ CVD, CMP, Photo, Etch, Implant, BCD and Liquid/Air/Gas Filtration & Purification.

Experience with applicable quality tools such as pareto, FMEA’s, SPC, histograms, trend analysis, process mapping, design of experiments, cause and effect diagrams, 8D problem solving methodology.

Advanced skills in MS Office (Outlook, Excel/ vlookup, Word, Power point, and Project)
