Entegris is looking for a Account Manager covering Field Service Engineering Sales support in the Gas Purification Systems division. The Account Manager is responsible for achieving sales annual revenue target, gaining market share position, collecting competitive information, keeping, and establishing good relationship with customers and promoting product and/or service solutions. This is also carried out in alignment with the strategic goals at the assigned key accounts through executing the BU strategies as well as sales strategies.
In this role you will:
Manage Service Quotation including PM contract, replacement/spare parts quotation, engineering project quotation and labor service charge.
Understand BU and field operations goals, develop strategies to achieve set sales objectives with direct support from sales manager/director.
Work closely with global and regional support teams such as technical team, product line, Gas Purification field service team, logistics, quality, finance, etc. to ensure seamless sales service to assigned accounts.
Participate in weekly meetings, and all necessary alignment meetings.
Weekly update sales activities and track projects.
Monthly submit forecast.
Monthly sales review meeting.
Inter-functional meetings as necessary.
Create customers’ opportunities, assign tasks and information on OMS, regularly maintain and update OMS.
Negotiate with Key accounts procurement Team and finalize projects scopes.

Experience in Sales Support:
Previous experience (1-2 years) in sales function, account management, or a related role, preferably within the technology or semiconductor industry.
Strong Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.

Demonstrated ability to negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with customers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

Education/Experience:
Minimum BS/BA degree with related working experience.
Strong English skills, both spoken and written.
Good computer skills in Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
Minimum 1/2 years of sales/engineer experience in semiconductor related industry.
Field-related work experience; engineering or buyer experience desired.
Gas industry and/or engineering company experience is a plus.
