Objective:
Develop sales and monitor inventory level , assist in overall assortment plan and product mix, sales simulation forecast and replenishment
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist to monitor sales and stock level, analysis historical data and current trend to identify the risk & opportunities in sales and stocks
- Issue regular reporting (MOS, sell through, slow mover, trend …) to help to define re-order and international transfer needs and push sales
- Define in-store target stock levels and allocation/replenishment process
- Collaboration with local merchandiser for stock replenishment
- Assist in replenishment platform project
- Monitor PSI sales and trends to project the demand chain forecast and tracing, in collaboration with related Product Merchandiser.
- Tracking and monitoring order delivery and fulfillment
- Assist in OTB calculation, conduct analysis in buying OTB align with Merchant
- Destocking list preparation and implementation.
- Public sales / staff sales assistance
Requirements & Capabilities:
- Bachelor degree holder or above
- Minimum 3 years’ planning / merchandising experience in retail industry
- Strong analytical ability with product sense
- Excellent ability to quickly identify problems & recommend solutions
- Ability to work under pressure (deadline)
- High soft skills communication and good team player
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese. French is a plus
- Computer literacy (Microsoft office), Master of Excel
