Project Management Support
Project Management Support (m/f/d) – Healthcare / Medical Device / basic environmental regulations knowledge / Excel, G-Sheet, Tableau / SAP / Supplier or Customer relations / Agile / English and German
Project:
For our customer Roche Diagnostics International AG based in Rotkreuz we are looking for a highly qualified Project Management Support (m/f/d).
Background:
Product Sustainability and Compliance (PS&C) is a department within Global Quality and Regulatory. It is responsible for sustaining product compliance with various environmental regulations, pushing innovation in environmental sustainability and ensuring transparency and effectiveness of SHE compliance activities. The Project Management and Implementation team works within the larger DIA Product Sustainability and Compliance organization to deliver a systematic and process driven approach to environmental compliance for Roche Diagnostic portfolio. PM&I is integrating processes and structures into the business to ensure the overall
direction for environmental compliance, delivers on commitments and expectations.
Perfect candidates have experiences in project management (support), experiences in healthcare or medical devices as well as minimum basic knowledge in Environmental Regulations.
The perfect candidate has a vocational degree and more than 1 year experience in project management support. The candidate is experienced in the health care or medical device industry and is familiar with basic environmental regulations. Lastly, the person can communicate well in English.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
* Drive execution of projects as project manager
* Lead sub-projects by managing stakeholders, monitoring progress, managing risk and removing obstacles, and documentation of project work
* Further developing and enhancing the project ideas
* Help the project lead to managing the project backlog
Must Haves:
* Vocational Degree, Bachelor or equivalent in technical or scientific area
* Min. 1 year experience in Project Management support
* Experience in Healthcare or Medical Device
* Minimum basic environmental regulations knowledge within education or work experience
* IT skills in Spreadsheet (Excel, G-Sheet, Tableau) and SAP
* Very good English skills written and spoken are a must, German skills are a big advantage
* Problem Solving
* Agile mindset / principle; deliver value early over waiting for perfection (risk based)
* Very independent
Nice to Have:
* SAP EH&S
* Experience with Roche portfolio
* Quality management system processes
* Packaging, Battery, REACH, Ro HS knowledge
* Supplier or Customer relations
