Equipment fitter (m/f/d) – Polymechanic / English / SAP / Gx P / SOP

For our customer Roche Diagnostics International AG based in Rotkreuz, we are looking for 30 equipment fitters with completed training (m/f/d)
Background:
To strengthen our team, we are looking for equipment assemblers who will be responsible for the assembly of components and the final assembly of various analysis systems.
As an equipment assembler, you will work as part of a team to manufacture complex diagnostic systems consisting of mechanical, electrical, optical and thermal components. Your tasks will include assembling, commissioning and documenting the manufactured instruments in a regulated environment. By providing these test solutions, Roche is making an important contribution to healthcare worldwide.
The perfect candidate: has completed technical training or further education, for example as a polymechanic, automation technician, electronics technician, electrician or mechatronics technician, and has at least two years of professional experience in a technical environment within the last five years. He or she has basic IT skills and is fluent in written and spoken German; knowledge of English is an advantage.
Main tasks and areas of responsibility:
* Assembly of components and devices according to instructions
* Gx P-compliant documentation of assembly and testing activities
* Testing of assembled products according to instructions (paper) and/or electronic
documentation
* Identifying and documenting deviations or forwarding to PE and PQE
* Correcting deviations according to ANW or forwarding to the specialist
* Fulfilling the production plan according to the team leader's specifications
* Permanent optimization of the workflow to increase quality and efficiency (KVP)
* Ensuring the production of high-quality products and compliance with
compliance requirements
* Supporting the team leaders in administrative work (e.g. equipment management)
* Supporting other teams in the event of capacity bottlenecks
Must Haves:
* Completed technical training or further education (e.g. polymechanic, automation technician,
electronics technician, electrician or mechatronics technician)
* At least two years of professional experience in a technical environment within the last
five years
* Basic computer skills
* Fluent written and spoken German is a must, English is an advantage
* Understanding of complex instruments
* High quality awareness
* Quick comprehension
* Ability to work in a team, reliable and flexible
Nice to haves:
* SAP knowledge
* Experience at Roche or in medical technology
* Experience in a regulated environment
