Fluidpack Operator
Description:
For Fluidpack production, we are looking for a production employee on the assembly line to operate semi- and fully automated systems as well as manual assembly processes.
The perfect candidate has at least 4 years of professional experience in an industrial environment on assembly lines and is characterized by sound IT knowledge, ideally also in SAP. Good German language skills at least at B2 level and a responsible, goal-oriented and flexible way of working are also a given. Knowledge of GMP and experience in the pharmaceutical industry are also desirable.

Tasks:
- Operation and monitoring of semi- and fully automatic systems along the assembly line
- Independent manufacture of assemblies and fluid packs according to assembly instructions
- Adjusting and testing assemblies or fluid packs according to test instructions using test systems and/or special tools
- Timely and high-quality production of fluid packs for the BGE business as well as their GMP-compliant documentation
- Carrying out production-related SAP postings
- Troubleshooting and detection of mechanical faults
- Rapid rectification of faults to restore the availability of the systems
- Compliance with quality regulations, compliance with all relevant SOPs, legal, regulatory and GMP requirements in the work area
- 4 years of professional experience in an industrial environment on assembly lines
- IT skills, SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Responsible, goal-oriented, flexible and reliable
- GMP knowledge would be preferred
- Pharmaceutical experience would be preferred
- German advanced (B2 level)
