We are looking for a Key Account Manager - Kitchen for German-speaking Switzerland and Ticino who will be responsible for building up the Kitchen business across the region.

What you will do
Customer relationship management; building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers in the specialist kitchen trade
Monitor the development of sales, margins and profitability in the assigned region and segments
Creating customized offers and solutions for customers, taking into account their specific requirements and needs
Sales activities; execute sales activities to achieve revenue targets, including presentations, negotiations and closing deals
Working closely with internal teams such as product marketing, marketing and customer service to ensure customer needs are met and products/services are positioned optimally
Prepare reports and forecasts, as well as market and sales margin analysis
Representing the company at industry events, trade shows and conferences to increase visibility and generate new business opportunities
What you need to succeed
Proven experience as a Key Account Manager within the Kitchen sector
Sound understanding of the Kitchen Retail market and relevant industry trends and developments
Experience in the white goods sector
Commercial training or technical background
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with customers and internal teams
Good negotiation and influencing skills
Initiative and results orientation to achieve individual and team-based goals
Your personality is characterized by flexibility and hands on in approach
You are self-organized, well-structured, proactive, goal-oriented, conscientious and resilient
Your creative mind is always on the lookout for innovative ideas and solutions
Fluent German and business fluent in written and spoken English
