Your role and responsibilities
We are looking for a highly motivated and well experienced Sales Professional who will drive the sales of Medium Voltage Drive systems with a major focus on the Oil, Gas & Chemicals market. By leading large multi-channel international pursuits, you will be responsible for securing the sales budget and gross margin targets with appointed global accounts. Reporting to the Head of Global Account Sales System Drives, you will use your experience and drive to build enduring customer relationships through excellent service. The work model for the role is: hybrid ; #LI-Hybrid The role is contributing to the Motion System Drives division globally. You will be mainly accountable for: • Taking ownership of international pursuits by collaborating with internal partners, customers and suppliers and secure support to win projects. • Preparing technical and commercial offers in line with Group instructions and guidelines, while implementing a sound pricing strategy. • Closely supporting the customer in technical and commercial matters throughout all bidding stages until closing of the order and internal handover to the execution team. • Supporting the implementation of Product Group strategic actions, regional sales, market management as well as channel management initiatives and fulfilling all relevant Product Group and Local Sales Unit requirements for processes and tools.
Qualifications for the role

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and/or project execution for large projects business with sound technical knowledge of Medium Voltage Drive systems & applications.
  • Sound knowledge of special features, customers, and supply chains across all relevant markets.
  • Degree in Engineering with an interest in commercial topics.
  • A proven ability to develop and manage customer relationships.
  • A collaborative, solution-focused approach.
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills in English.
  • Fluent language skills in Italian.
  • Willingness to travel as much as it is required to fulfill the business goals.
