As we continually strive to improve and expand our product range based on our insights, we’re looking for a new Key Account Manager (m/f/d) to help continue our success across Switzerland.

The position is offered on a Hybrid working basis with travel to our Baar office as required.

What you will do

As Key Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for the sales of all small domestic appliances in the floor care and kitchen appliance categories across our Retail channels in Switzerland:

Monitoring and developing the sales, margin and profitability across assigned customers
Managing customer relationships across the retail channel
Preparing reports and forecasts, as well as competitor and sales margin analysis
Developing tactical and strategic activities to ensure targets are achieved
Preparing the launch of new products
Participating in international trade fairs
Developing and improving best practices

What you need to succeed

Demonstrable experience as a Key Account Manager in the Swiss Retail Channel
Experience in Domestic Appliances, Consumer Electronics or Consumer Goods
Commercial training or a technical background
Experience in both sales and marketing activities
Able to work autonomously but a team player
Well organised with a good attention to detail but flexible when required
Proactive and goal orientated
Resilient, creative and solution focussed
Fluent in German, written and spoken
Good knowledge of English/Italian/French is an advantage
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
Full, valid Swiss driving licence and the willingness to travel
