Finance Associate / Finance Manager

Responsibilities:
- Financial Oversight: Supervise daily financial operations, such as accounting, reporting, tax optimization, budgeting, and forecasting.
- NAV Reporting: Lead the monthly NAV reporting process for their fund group.
- Tax & Regulatory Compliance: Work closely with external parties like tax agencies and auditors to ensure all statutory and regulatory financial obligations are met.
- Process Improvement: Constantly review and enhance financial reporting methods, driving standardization and efficiency across the organization.
- Capital Raising Support: Contribute to capital-raising efforts by providing data-driven financial analysis to optimize tax strategies across different regions.
- Proven Track Record: 3-6+ years in a finance-related role, with solid experience in Swiss accounting practices and IFRS (CPA/ACCA certification is a plus).
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in MS Excel/Google Sheets and a keen interest in using AI-powered tools to enhance financial modeling and processes.
- Offshore Fund Experience: In-depth knowledge of offshore fund accounting, including familiarity with master-feeder and onshore-offshore fund setups.
- Self-Starter: Able to work autonomously, take ownership of financial processes, and collaborate effectively with a highly skilled, small team.
- Integrity & Passion for Learning: A desire to engage in open communication, learn continuously, and uphold the team's values of intellectual curiosity and transparency.
- Hands-on experience with Cayman SPC structures and fund administrator oversight.
- Understanding of hedge fund documentation, including offering memoranda and subscription agreements.
- A background or interest in crypto and blockchain technologies.
- Strong connections in Switzerland and beyond, along with the ability to assist in capital-raising activities.
