The financial lead of Vibe X is a key Business Partner to the Visp Vibe X Operation, the Bio Operation Finance team, the BU PMO and BU Finance team. The role is responsible for enabling Vibe X leadership team to reach short-and long-term targets by providing insightful analysis and recommendations in all financials aspects of the plant and commercial relationship with the customer. This includes, but is not limited to, cost transparency and mitigation, innovation, planning cycles, customer billing and ad hoc requests. This role is responsible for all financial matters of a to be established manufacturing asset within a growing site.

Key responsibilities:
- Enabling Vibe X site to reach short-and long-term targets by providing insightful analysis and recommendations in all financials aspects of the plant such as (but not limited to) cost transparency, product profitability, key performance indicators in production, innovation, cost savings, planning cycles and net working capital.
- Managing monthly financial closing, forecast and risks and opportunity process together with Division Controlling and Corporate FP&A (revenue to EBITDA and free cash flow, balance sheet and NWC).
- Co-leading 5 year strategic planning process for Vibe X with focus on sales, cost savings/innovation and investment planning process.
- Leading annual budgeting process with plant leadership with the objective of meeting corporate targets and deadlines as well as customer reporting cycles.
- Acting single-point-of contact towards Shared Service Center and external auditors in accounting, internal controls and audit questions for the area of responsibility.
- Supports customer ad hoc requests and billing process.
- Supports and enables the Head of Finance BU Microbial and Biconjugate in other commercial finance aspects related to Vibe X.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration in the field of Business: finance, accounting or economics.
- Must be business fluent in English; German is preferred.
- Advanced no. of years of experience within Finance & controlling.
- Highly analytical, financial modelling, strong communication, team oriented and at ease with systems and ambiguity, cross-functional agility, proactive in search for best practice processes, ability to prioritize and deliver high quality work to tight deadlines.
- Gravitas of a current and future leader, bias towards action and results delivery which are critical in a highly performance oriented environment , hard worker.
