Provide legal expertise on compliance, corporate governance, and contract negotiations.
Lead efforts to secure an asset management license from FINMA.
Draft, review, and negotiate various legal agreements and documents.
Develop and implement internal regulatory and compliance strategies.
Supervise and streamline compliance processes to meet Swiss regulatory standards.
Conduct legal research and stay up-to-date with Swiss laws and relevant regulations.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve legal issues and provide strategic advice.
Ensure compliance with investment restrictions and regulatory frameworks.

Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in Swiss law and admission to the Swiss Bar.
Proven experience in corporate law and compliance, with a solid understanding of Swiss regulations.

Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
