We are looking for a Corporate Legal Counsel to join our team and help us navigate the legal complexities of the Endress+Hauser Group. In this role, you’ll contribute your expertise to key projects, ensuring we continue to lead with integrity and innovation.

As our Corporate Legal Counsel, you will play a crucial role in providing legal support across the Endress+Hauser Group. Working closely with teams across the globe, you’ll ensure our legal strategy aligns with our business goals and values.

Which tasks will you perform?
You will:

Provide comprehensive legal support to the Endress+Hauser Group companies, including contract review, contract negotiations, dispute resolution, and day-to-day legal advice.
Act as an internal legal advisor on supply, project and service agreements in several jurisdictions.
Advise on matters of contract law, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.
Support the implementation and improvement of legal AI tools including training.
Collaborate with internal and external legal counsel to manage complex legal cases.

What do we expect from you?
You:

Are a qualified lawyer (bar exam is an asset), with a strong understanding of Swiss corporate law.
Have a strong academic background, demonstrated by above-average grades.
Possess the ability and willingness to navigate international legal frameworks and adapt to various legal systems.
Are capable of communicating complex legal concepts clearly and effectively to both legal and non-legal stakeholders.
Excel in working collaboratively, pay close attention to detail, and demonstrate confidence in making sound legal decisions.
