About the team We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented CRM Intern to join our Digital team. The intern will support the CRM team in managing customer relationships, analyzing data, and improving customer engagement strategies. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in CRM and digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the management and maintenance of the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Support the development and execution of CRM campaigns, including email marketing, SMS, and other digital channels.
Analyze customer data to identify trends and insights that can inform marketing strategies.
Collaborate with the marketing, IT, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Help shape CRM projects by incorporating best practices and recommendations from previous campaigns.
Provide support in the creation of reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Available from February to August 2025
Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point).
Basic understanding of CRM systems and digital marketing principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot) is a plus.
Knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques.
Previous internship or work experience in a related field.
