Who we’re looking for:
- Available from February to August 2025
- Enrolled University (Bachelor or Master) student at the time of the internship
- Currently pursuing a degree in Management, Work and Organizational Psychology, Human Resources or related Area
- Customer-oriented, proactive, autonomous and with a strong attention to detail
- Good project management skills
- Creative, responsible, well-organized & capable of dealing with a variety of projects and deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word and Power Point)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) and French/German as a plus
Roles & Objectives
- Lead and manage the internal Internship Program by supporting our interns from their onboarding until their departure
- Manage our Interns‘ recruitment
- Develop, coordinate, deploy, follow-up and measure different projects (i.e. interns’ experiences, on-boarding and integration)
- Support the HR team with internal communications
- Prepare and deliver ad hoc presentations to internal and external stakeholders
- Help in the preparation and analysis required for developmental initiatives, processes and trainings
