Who we’re looking for
We are seeking ambitious individuals who are:

Education in Business, Engineering, or related Innovation Management and/or Procurement fields.

Innovative thinkers with a passion for exploring new disruptions and contributing to PMI’s future growth.

Ability to identify and leverage new opportunities to drive competitive advantage in a global market.

Experienced in project management having completed internships in corporate and/or start-up settings.
-
Strategic mindset to develop and implement initiatives that align with the company's innovation goals.

Possessing strong analytical skills to interpret data, manage ambiguity, and drive decision-making.

Knowledgeable in new technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), new materials, and consumer electronics.

Excellent communicators with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with data analysis tools such as Excel and Power Point.

As a trainee, you will:
