Create & monitor folder and files in outlook directory as well on the network for Retail Projects to guarantee a proper filing and history
Regular follow ups on pending tasks, data and information
Prepare different supporting documents for Retail Projects and monitor them in Retail Net (custom made system)
Transfer documents to the signature process and ensure that deadlines for submission to Swatch Group are met
Close Point of Sales monitoring: projection vs sales
Monitor and update lease expiry lists: Tracking of rental agreements expiring worldwide and the associated deadlines.
Monitor and update Retail expansion list: Proactive tracking of the status of planned development, openings (new openings, relocations and renovations) and closures worldwide
Prepare regular overviews of Retail Net budget & expenses
Be in charge of weekly opening and closing reports
Update weekly presentation for the top management
Update Point of Sales booklets quarterly (figures, pictures)
General Admin support of Retail Team (Admin, Development, Operation)
Profile
Profile:
Commercial diploma or similar background
Professional qualification as a management assistant would be an advantage
Mastery of MS Office
Good knowledge of the Adobe Palette

You are a methodical and energetic person with the willingness to learn in the Retail International field. You are proactive, organised and detail oriented.
Languages
In addition, you possess excellent communications skills and are fluent in English, German and/or French. Every other language is a plus.
