We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Corporate Lawyer to join our legal team. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in corporate law, with a focus on securities regulation, and contract negotiation.

Responsibilities:

Provide legal advice and support to our internal team on a variety of matters, including securities law, and contract negotiation.
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of corporate agreements, including purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, and licensing agreements.
Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Assist clients in structuring complex transactions and corporate reorganizations.
Collaborate with internal teams and external counsel to manage legal matters and achieve business objectives.
Advise senior management on legal risks and opportunities, and recommend appropriate courses of action.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the bar in Switzerland
3+ years of experience practicing corporate law at a reputable law firm or in-house legal department.
Strong understanding of corporate law principles, securities regulation, and contract law.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
