Job Description
This role is a key position to ensuring HSE procedures and policies are implemented correctly driving the continuous improvement culture to enable growth, maturity and robustness of the certified HSE management system.

In the role you will be reporting to the Plant Manager whilst working collaboratively with the Regional HSE team ensure full compliance.

In this dual site position you will be responsible for the safe systems of work are established for routine and non-routine activities and an effective change management process is in place, provide full HSE overview for team members and provide input into performance evaluations and have ownership of the HSE KPI's which include taking the lead by responding directly to complaints across both sites based in Sweden and Norway.

The ideal candidate will be a someone who is self-motivated, professional and has the ability to constructively resolve problems and issues.

Experience Requirements:

Must be Arbetsmiljöingenjör certified
Must have experience as an ISO Lead Auditor (ISO45001 & 14001)
Be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of HSE standards ad their implementation in an engineering / manufacturing environment
Advantageously have working knowledge of pressure and Hazardous Area environments and their regulatory requirements

The Successful Candidate:

Will be able to work as part of a team and independently
Have the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders both written and verbal.
Must be fluent in Swedish
