We’re working with a leading tier 1 main contractor in their search for an experienced Contracts Manager to work on Data Centre projects in Sweden. The ideal candidate will have a Mechanical & Electrical background. As a Contracts Manager your role would be pivotal in overseeing contract negotiations, management, and compliance.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Work closely with the General Foreman to plan and coordinate weekly and daily site activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, clients, and both internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure that all onsite systems adhere to internal policies and regulatory standards related to health and safety, wellbeing, environmental protection, quality, and sustainability.
Report to the Regional Director and collaborate with your team, including the Senior Quantity Surveyor, to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Monitor the execution of work to ensure it aligns with designer’s drawings, sketches, and relevant specifications.

Requirements:

Hold a third-level qualification in Engineering or Construction Management, or possess relevant trade certification.
Over 5 years of experience as a Construction Contracts Manager, with a specialization in Mechanical & Electrical projects.
At least 5 years of experience managing critical construction stakeholder agreements, including clients, team members, and reporting managers.
Strong communication skills and proficiency in computer applications, with a proven track record of effectively reporting on project delivery schedules.
