Minnovation Services AB is seeking a dedicated and organized Administrator to join our team in Stockholm. The ideal candidate will handle various office tasks and provide Korean translation support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations for the Korean Desk, including handling entry and exit processes and clerical work.
- Organize and maintain office files and records.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Provide translation for documents and communications between Korean and English.
- Support in meetings with Korean-speaking stakeholders.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Fluent in both Korean and English with strong communication skills.
- Previous experience in office administration or a related field is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Accommodation and meals are not provided by Minnovation Services AB.
