Position: Office Admin
Overview:
Minnovation International AB is seeking a dedicated and organized Office Admin to join our team in Skellefteå. The ideal candidate will handle various office tasks and provide Korean translation support.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily office operations, including handling entry and exit processes and clerical work.
Organize and maintain office files and records.
Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Provide translation for documents and communications between Korean and English.
Support in meetings with Korean-speaking stakeholders.
Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Fluent in both Korean and English with strong communication skills.
Previous experience in office administration or a related field is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
