The Role As an Insurance Broker (Health & Benefits Associate), you will work with a manager to support a wide variety of complex projects involving the design, pricing, funding, implementation, and management of Health and Benefits programs, including Life, Disability, Medical, Dental, and Outpatient benefits. You will be the primary communication liaison with our clients, create client deliverables, contribute to client management and new business activities, and participate in the creation of new intellectual capital. By gaining experience as an Insurance Broker, you will be able to manage small to midsize projects in the future. Your main responsibilities will be as follows:
Deliver consistent client management and deliverables in support of Head, Health & Benefits for assigned clients:
Serve as the primary, daily contact for clients on the delivery of services
Interface with colleagues from other practices and regions on assignments that reflect the client’s broader business issues
Develop a trusted advisor relationship with client contacts through effective communication and efficient, quality execution of projects
Contribute to projects within the specialty area, including health management/wellness, disability/absence management, pharmacy, and claims audits
Meet revenue and billable hour goals established with your manager
Directly contribute to clients’ success by applying your technical expertise
Build relationships internally and collaborate effectively on cross-functional teams
Qualifications

3+ years working experience; HR, group benefits or insurance broking experiences are plus
