[신약후보물질 효능 평가 및 기전 연구]

• In vitro 효능 평가 (CTG, luciferase transcription reporter assays, FACS 등)
• 분자생물학적 효능평가 (Western-blot, ELISA, RT-q PCR 등)
• 국내외 협력사 및 CRO 관리

자격요건 및 우대사항
자격요건

• 생물학, 생명과학, 면역학 관련 전공 석사 이상
• 1~3년의 관련 실무 경력

우대사항

• ADC 또는 표적단백질 분해제 연구개발 경험자
• 저분자화합물 스크리닝 경험자

General Summary
Orum Therapeutics is seeking a cell biologist with experience in in vitro drug discovery to join our dynamic and growing team in Daejeon, South Korea.
We are: a growing, global biopharma team working to develop novel targeted therapies to address unmet medical needs in oncology, immune oncology, and other diseases. Engaging with patients and caregivers in the clinic, while continuing to focus on continuing to develop the next generation of treatments. You are: excited about joining a team looking to improve the lives of patients. Organized and experienced with running multiple projects to deliver transformative results. A team player with independent initiative, ready to implement lean and focused “killer” in vitro experiments to drive validation, lead identification, and candidate optimization. Experienced with multiple cell culture techniques, biochemical and cellular assay development.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

• Expertise in cell culture techniques and cell-based assays (CTG, luciferase transcription reporter assays, FACS, etc.)
• Experience with protein- and RNA-based detection technologies (western blot, ELISA, RT-q PCR, etc.)
• Experience with small-molecule screening
• Some experience with biochemical and cellular protein interaction or degradation assays such as HTRF and Hi Bi T preferred

Skills, Abilities & Competencies

• 1~3 years of industry (biotech/pharma) experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Background in immunology or oncology
• Masters preferred
