FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER (신입/경력) - EPI (부천)

Field Service Engineer – EPI
Location: Bucheon, Korea (부천 )

The Role
ASM is recruiting for Field Service Engineer in our Sales & Service business function located in Korea. You will be part of a team performing installations, preventative maintenance, and remedial repair maintenance on complex electronic, electro-mechanical semiconductor capital equipment at customer sites.

Responsibilities

Installations, qualification, preventative maintenance, and remedial repair maintenance on complex electronic / electro-mechanical semiconductor capital equipment at ASM’s customer locations
Perform tool-down repair support in complex situations; work in variedly formed teams; develop action plans and presentations for problem resolutions.
Work onsite at various customer locations in a cleanroom environment.
Create and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through advanced customer service skills, implementing permanent solutions while maintaining a "safety first" mentality.
Comprehensive and swift reporting.

Qualifications – 신입 & 경력

Bachelor’s degree in relevant semiconductor engineering discipline.
Bachelor's fresh graduate OR 1-3 years of relevant work experience in the semiconductor equipment industry, preferably in Epitaxy (EPI) or ALD/CVD.
Excellent communication skills in both English AND Korean
Working software knowledge of MS office
Able to travel to customer sites, mainly in Bucheon, also includes Icheon, Gumi, Cheongju.
