JOB SUMMARY :
Provide mechanical support to internal and external customers. Perform field service support, up to and including being an on-site lead. Work with Engineering, Product Managers, and it performs the maintenance, repair, and calibration of products required by customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform Field Service activities including but not limited to, maintenance, repair and calibration in nuclear power plants
- Participate in inspection activities to provide technical advice and consultation, acquire real time firsthand product performance information; and provide summary reports to other internal stakeholders as required (e.g. Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, etc.)
- Perform necessary pre-inspection preparation activities to ensure success in field
- Perform necessary post-inspection to check the parts for the next outage.
- Other duties as required in support of the department and the company
- Support the day-to-day operations of our Technical Support group
- Lead efforts for internal and external SG inspection hardware technical support inquiries
- Participate in customer inquiries for maintenance support.
- Utilize tracking system to document through to resolution all support requests
- Support product test and verification & validation activities as required
- Supporting the Sales effort, by conducting product demonstrations, both independently and as part of a team
- Provide product training to external customers and others in the organization
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Degree in Electronics, Technology or equivalent experience preferred
- At least 5 years experience providing support to clients on site
- Availability to travel in Korea and/or other countries (if necessary)
- High Interest in non-destructive inspection equipment and software
- Willingness to provide support by having a solution oriented and customer centric approach
- Communicator both verbally and written in Korean and English
