All-Source Intelligence Analyst, Senior
Key Role:
Serve as an all-source intelligence analyst to develop products and analytic assessments that provide actionable intelligence and context supporting target intelligence operations. Leverage intelligence information from all collection disciplines, including geospatial intelligence (GEOINT), signals intelligence (SIGINT), human intelligence (HUMINT), open-source intelligence (OSINT), and measurement and signature intelligence (MASINT) to provide an understanding of the operational environment. Use a comprehensive understanding of various collection platforms to explore new data sources, build effective queries, and combine information from disparate sources. Validate information and build assessments for the targeting community. Share functional expertise with other analysts through leadership and mentoring. Collaborate with government clients to brainstorm new project concepts, determine appropriate scope and development timelines, and manage remote global partners, ensuring high quality and timely delivery of final products, to include but not limited to government-directed tailored target intelligence products, Target System Analysis (TSA)/Target System Support (TSS) products, and Battle Damage Assessment (BDA) reports.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience with authoring large-scope analytic products and coordinating feedback across the Department of Defense (Do D) and Intelligence Community (IC)
- Experience in the Joint Targeting Cycle and targeting materials production standards, including governing joint publications and senior leadership instructions
- Experience analyzing the hard and deeply buried target (HDBT) problem set in the Indo-Pacific region
- Experience with IC-standard search, analysis, and communication applications to include the MS Office 365 software suite
- Ability to travel internationally up to 25% of the time for mission requirements
- Ability to be self-sufficient and meet core production responsibilities and timelines with minimal day-to-day supervision
- TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of experience with all-source intelligence analysis and Do D production standards or 10+ years of experience with all-source intelligence analysis and Do D production standards in lieu of a degree
Additional Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience working in the INDOPACOM AOR
- Experience working in a combined environment with coalition partners
- Knowledge of Intermediate Target Development, Collateral Damage Estimation (CDE) methodology, weaponeering applications, and Target Coordinate Mensuration (TCM) processes
- Knowledge of a critical eastern Asian language and culture
- Ability to apply data analysis or creative data visualization skills to improve product delivery
- Master's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
