PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide insights, database and analytical support for commercial strategy development
Lead the development of territory alignment, incentive plan and its calculation and communication
Perform analysis and provide recommendation on customer segmentation and sales coverage
Support various commercial projects within Korea and across Asia Pacific
Design, implement, and deliver reports, exception reports, measurements, and analyses to support customer-focused, data-driven analysis.
Perform data analyses using appropriate statistical methods and graphical display standards.
Retrieve and analyze data and present reports to management for use in supporting operations and business objectives.
Analyze, summarize and present information and data for discussion and decision making.
Provide recommendations for improvement and written documentation that relates to the analysis of the data. Research data anomalies and issues.
EDUCATION:
Bachelors degree of in business, finance, operations, and marketing
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Strong/extensive knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP and SFDC
Strong/advanced knowledge of data, databases, and their manipulation (SQL, Pivot Tables, etc); advanced Access, Excel, Business Objects and statistical software (JMP, Minitab, SAS) knowledge
Highly versed in preparing Powerpoint presentations
Solid understanding of good graphical display standards and various graphical techniques
Ability to quickly learn and leverage various software tools and systems
Demonstrated project management skills. Can lead own projects and manage or coach other’s projects from concept to successful implementation.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in Korean and English. Ability to present information to all levels of the organization.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to facilitate, coach, mentor and resolve conflict
Strong leadership skills with experience influencing and motivating people at all levels.
Ability to work with requestors to understand their true needs and to communicate complex analysis results to all levels of the organization.
Results oriented Self Starter, ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines with limited supervision; strong analytical and problem solving skills
Detail orientated with ability to follow-through
Ability to work in a team environment across multiple functions and divisions
