Wine Studio Manager - Franschhoek - Min 5 Years Somm Experience essential
5 Star Small Luxury Hotel in Franschhoek is seeking a QUALIFIED Wine studio Manager
- Diploma in Wine preferred
- Strong on F&B Management & the Sales thereof
- Must have at least 5 years’ experience in food and beverage service as a sommelier
- Computer literate – working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Working knowledge of a Point of Sales System; exposure to Micros would be advantageous
- Working knowledge of a Stock Management System; exposure to F’n BShop would be advantageous
- Excellent command of the English Language with solid written and verbal communication skills
- Highly presentable
- Able to work flexible hours, weekends and holidays
