Kendrick Recruitment is Currently Seeking a Duty Manager for a Luxury Wine Estate in Franschhoek!

We’re searching for an experienced and dynamic Duty Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and ensure our guests enjoy a 5-star experience from arrival to departure. If you thrive in a high-end, fast-paced environment and have a passion for hospitality, this is your moment to shine!
What You’ll Be Managing:

Overseeing daily operations to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Creating unforgettable guest experiences, from check-in to check-out.
Resolving guest queries and handling feedback with professionalism.
Managing staff, coordinating shifts, and keeping the team motivated.
Upholding top-notch service standards across all departments.
Assisting with front-of-house duties as needed.

What You’ll Bring to the Estate:

Previous experience as a Duty Manager or in a similar role within a luxury setting.
A passion for delivering exceptional guest service and a keen eye for detail.
Strong communication and leadership skills; you're a team player and a problem-solver.
Flexibility to work varied hours and thrive in a busy estate environment.
Ability to stay cool under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
