What You’ll Be Managing:
- Overseeing daily operations to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Creating unforgettable guest experiences, from check-in to check-out.
- Resolving guest queries and handling feedback with professionalism.
- Managing staff, coordinating shifts, and keeping the team motivated.
- Upholding top-notch service standards across all departments.
- Assisting with front-of-house duties as needed.
- Previous experience as a Duty Manager or in a similar role within a luxury setting.
- A passion for delivering exceptional guest service and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication and leadership skills; you're a team player and a problem-solver.
- Flexibility to work varied hours and thrive in a busy estate environment.
- Ability to stay cool under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
