Hospitality Manager for Wine Estate
Our client is seeking a mature, dynamic and experienced Hospitality Manager to oversee all aspects of their Hospitality operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and a proven track record of leadership in the hospitality industry.
The successful candidate will be required to deliver a world class hospitality experience to guests whilst transferring the skills and knowledge to the team.

1. Details of all previous employment, Company Name, Positions held and exact start & end dates (most recent position first)
2. Reasons for having left all previous positions
3. Written references or irrevocable proof of employment from previous employers,
4. Proof of High School Education and all tertiary qualifications
5 . A recent colour profile photo.
6. Current notice period / Availability & current gross salary
If having been retrenched due to Covid-19 in the past, we require written proof thereof from an ex-employer or a copy of the letter of notice received.

- At least 5 years’ experience in a similar position;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Strong work discipline, with the capacity to handle pressure;
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
- Strong leadership skills;
- Excellent people skills;
- Willingness to work holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays;
- A proven track record as an experienced Hospitality Manager;
- Excellent communication ( fluent in English & Afrikaans) and negotiation skills;
- Computer literacy MS Office;
- Excellent cuisine & wine knowledge with a passion for food and wine;
- A customer service driven individual;
- Experience in upmarket / fine dining Hospitality service;
- Attention to detail , problem solving, creative and innovative;
- Good leadership skills;
- A relevant tertiary Qualification in Hospitality management and/ or Project management;
- Decisive;
- Own Transport & Valid Driver’s License;
- Great sense of showing initiative;
- Display strategic vision to improve operations
- Candidates who are already living in the Stellenbosch, Paarl, Franschhoek, Helderberg areas of the Western Cape will be preferred. If you are applying from elsewhere, shortlisted Candidates will be expected to attend in person interviews in the Winelands at their own cost.
