Rates & Sales Coordinator - Luxury Hospitality Group - Bryanston
Exciting Opportunity: Rates & Sales Coordinator Wanted!
Are you a detail-oriented dynamo with a knack for numbers and a passion for hospitality? We're on the hunt for a stellar Rates & Sales Coordinator to join a top-tier luxury hospitality group in Bryanston. If you’re organized, proactive, and ready to support a dynamic sales team, this is your chance to shine!
What You’ll Be Rocking:
Rate & Sales Magic: Issue rates, specials, and assist with annual rate contracting to keep things running smoothly.
Data Dynamo: Manage and sort data, present reports, and keep the sales CRM system up-to-date.
Organizational Guru: Assist with educational trips, trade shows, and sales events. Handle pre-sales and post-sales activities with finesse.
Reporting Rockstar: Weekly and monthly reporting on sales activities to keep everyone in the loop.
Diary Maestro: Manage the Head of Sales, Marketing, and Reservations' diary and coordinate site inspections.
What You’ll Bring to the Team:
Experience: 3-5 years in sales coordination and rate contracting – you know your stuff!
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Power Point) and a flair for working with sales CRM systems.
️ Communication Pro: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a high level of dedication and problem-solving ability.
Qualifications: Business administration or a relevant field; sales or marketing certification is a plus. Experience with reservations systems is a bonus!
Organized: Well-organized, responsible, and able to work accurately under pressure. A true team player with a knack for multitasking.
