Pro Staff Select are in search of a bubbly, charismatic, highly polished and elegant female GUEST RELATIONS OFFICER / FRONT DESK CONCIERGE for this extremely sophisticated, upmarket and luxury 5* boutique hotel. REQUIREMENTS:

REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidates MUST HAVE at least 3 to 4 years previous 5* HOTEL EXPERIENCE as a Receptionist, Concierge, Front Desk Agent or Liaison Officer
- Hotel Management, Front Office or Guest Relations Formal Tertiary Qualifications
- Strong admin, organisational, financial and planning abilities needed.
- HIGHLY proficient in Excel, Word as well as OPERA Property Mgt Software.
- Fully proficient in booking and reservations systems.
- Must be willing to work evening and late shifts to manage the hotel when the Resident Mgr is off-duty.
- Highly presentable and outgoing personality with mature / worldly views - well travelled!
- Candidates must submit complete CV's with a recent photo and contactable references.
- OWN TRANSPORT with a valid driver's license is an ABSOLUTE PREREQUISITE as all staff travel between sister properties in the group
