The wellness spa manager’s role will be overseeing daily operations, including staff management, customer service, and facility maintenance with a passion for wellness.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent.
- Somatology (CIDESCO, SAAHSP, and/or ITEC advantageous).
- Spa Management Diploma.
- Business Management/ Administration Diploma advantageous.
- Minimum 7 years in the Spa/beauty industry.
- Minimum 3 years’ managerial experience.
- Computer literate - Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel.
- Opera Cloud and ESP systems knowledge – advantageous
- Management of operational duties
- Team Management
- Administrative and Financial Management
- Marketing and promotional experience
- Provide training on customer service techniques, treatment protocols, and operational procedures
- Implement compliance and safety protocols
- Oversee facility maintenance
- Inventory and stock control
- Knowledgeable on all spa treatments
- Ensure constant upliftment of standards
