Vending Assistant

We are recruiting a Vending Assistant to join our team. As a vending assistant you will be responsible for monitoring vending machines to ensure they are functioning properly and reporting any malfunctions to the appropriate person. Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records and communicate any machine faults to the client
- Ensure a high level of customer service within the area of responsibility
- To report and where possible take action when faced with customer complaints
- Ensure that the machine are properly stocked and clean
- Assist with stock takes and replinshment of stock
- Monitor the front of house and back of house in the coffee shop during peak hours daily
- Liaising with all Brand Reps concerning sales and promotions
- Ensuring all service needs of members and their guests are met
- Must be able to work on a cash register
- Must know his / her brands in premium coffees and teas
- Full setting up of work/service station timeously and correctly
- Preparing and service of beverages

Qualifications
- Matric
- 1-2 years experience as a vending assistant
