The team is currently seeking a dedicated and exceptional Used Car Sales Manager to lead and nurture the Used Car Sales team. The ideal Manager will be innovative, possess a positive attitude, and have at least 2 years of Used Vehicle Sales Management experience within a high-volume franchised dealership. Key responsibilities include managing the used car sales floor and ensuring sales targets are consistently met and exceeded. A strong understanding of used car sales procedures, sharp business acumen, outstanding leadership skills, and a genuine commitment to helping both the team and dealership succeed are essential qualities for this role.

Job Requirements
Matric Certificate
A valid Drivers License
Must have at least 2 years of RECENT Used Car Sales Management experience in a franchised motor dealership
Solid knowledge of used vehicle sales procedures
A good business acumen and understanding of financials.
Outstanding leadership skills
Working knowledge of a DMS (Advantageous)
Exceptionally well-groomed and presented
A stable work history
Reliable and contactable references
