Your Key Responsibilities:
Drive Sales Success: Ensure a seamless sales process by delivering exceptional support to our valued customers.
Precision & Efficiency: Accurately process incoming orders and manage them efficiently to meet and exceed customer expectations.
Problem-Solver: Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues with confidence, maintaining our reputation for excellence.
Collaborative Team Member: Work closely with internal teams to track orders, source products, and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven Experience: 2-3 years of successful telesales experience, with a strong background in liquor sales.
KZN Expert: A deep understanding of the KZN regional landscape, including key areas and suburbs.
Organizational Guru: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities without missing a beat.
Communication Pro: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word); experience with Syspro is a plus.
Working Hours: Monday - Saturday, including Public Holidays
