Are you a skilled communicator with a knack for converting inquiries into successful enrollments? We're seeking a dynamic Sales/Telesales Consultant to join our team.. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in achieving our monthly targets while nurturing client relationships that pave the way for referrals and future enrollments within an academic environment.

Education:
Matriculation (Grade 12) qualification.

Diploma in Sales and Marketing would be advantageous.

Experience:
1-3 years' experience in a similar sales role.

Prior exposure to call center, sales, or telesales roles in the higher education sector is highly recommended.

Typing speed of 25 words per minute.

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Main Responsibilities:
Achieving Sales Targets:
Work diligently to meet weekly and monthly sales targets, contributing to the attainment of budgeted goals.

Exceptional Customer Service:
Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring a positive experience for potential students.

Client Relationship Building:
Foster strong and enduring relationships with clients, nurturing connections that can lead to referrals and future enrollments.

Accurate Sales Administration:
Perform efficient and precise administrative tasks related to the sales process, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Product Knowledge:
Demonstrate in-depth understanding of our products, conveying the benefits and features accurately to potential students.

Responsible Selling:
Ensure that accurate product information is provided to clients, guiding them towards the right choices.

Effective System Use:
Utilize ICAS and CRM systems proficiently and accurately, maintaining updated records and insights.

Time Management:
Efficiently manage your time to balance sales activities, administrative tasks, and client interactions.

Achieve and surpass sales budget expectations.

Drive sales through various channels, including telephone consultations, face-to-face interactions, and online inquiries.

Execute meticulous sales-related administration tasks to uphold accuracy and organization.

Showcase extensive product knowledge to potential clients, answering their questions and addressing their needs.

Cultivate exceptional customer service skills to ensure clients feel valued and supported.

Develop and maintain positive client relationships, with the aim of generating referrals and future enrollments.
