️ What You’ll Be Doing:

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of two stunning spas, ensuring every treatment and guest experience is exceptional.
Managing a team of talented therapists, scheduling shifts, and guiding junior spa therapists to develop their skills.
Maintaining spa facilities to the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and serenity.
Handling guest feedback and ensuring a seamless, 5-star service.
Driving monthly stock takes, consolidating reports, and managing financial responsibilities.
Hosting guests, offering treatments as needed, and contributing to the ultimate relaxation experience.

What We’re Looking For:

A Somatology qualification (or similar), with 4+ years as a Senior Spa Therapist and 3+ years in a high-end spa.
Proven experience leading a team in a luxury setting.
Bonus: If you're a qualified Yoga or Pilates instructor, that's a major plus!
A dynamic leader with strong administrative skills, computer literacy, and a driver’s license.
Someone with a passion for wellness, conservation, and guest excellence.
