Site Supervisor
Requirements:
· Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Construction.
· Must have a valid driver’s license with PDP.
· Must be medically fit.
· Must have knowledge of construction methods.
· Must be able to interpret drawings and compile a material list.
· Reside near Parow Industria
· South African Citizenship
Responsibilities:
· Work in conjunction with the project manager on site to ensure successful execution of all construction related works.
· Ensure that the sequence of activities on site is best to achieve the earliest completion date.
· Monitor program of works, planning, executing, managing civil, erecting, erecting, electrical and plumbing works and ensuring that services are done on time within the budget.
· Manage and record all hired plants, goods and equipment efficiently and accurately.
· Additional driving duties as assigned by the fleet department.
· Supervisor the workers on the site and ensuring they complete their daily duties.
· H&S Responsibilities - as per the company's policy.
Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: R78,93 per hour
