Signage Manager (Graphic Design & Desktop Publishing)

Sign Line Digital Media is a leader in large format printing and signage solutions, offering a comprehensive service from design to installation. We are seeking a skilled Signage Manager with experience in Graphic Design and Desktop Publishing (DTP) to oversee client projects, from marketing and establishing new clients to managing the production and installation processes.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full lifecycle of signage projects, from client acquisition through design, production, and installation.
Oversee and manage both graphic designers and fabricators, ensuring that all teams work efficiently to meet deadlines and quality standards.
Combine graphic design creativity with desktop publishing (DTP) technical skills to prepare files for large format printing.
Provide accurate project costing and manage budgets to ensure profitability.
Lead marketing efforts to establish and build relationships with new clients.
Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
Manage printing schedules, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
Ensure all signage meets technical and safety standards during installation.

Qualifications and Skills:

Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Desktop Publishing (DTP), or a related field.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in signage, large format printing, or a related industry.
Proficiency in Corel DRAW, Adobe In Design, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Experience with project management, budget management, and client relationship building.
Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and mentor design and fabrication teams.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
