Job Description:
We are looking for an organised Shipping Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for printing, organising, and packing waybills for shipments. You will play a vital role in ensuring our products are dispatched accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Print and organise waybills for outgoing shipments.
Verify shipping information and ensure accuracy of documentation.
Pack items securely and prepare them for dispatch.
Maintain an organised workspace and manage inventory of shipping materials.
Assist with other shipping-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Matric certificate or equivalent.
Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or a related field is advantageous.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
Good communication skills.
